                                          Solenoid valve inspection
Visually inspect the appearance of valve body before assembly, and package solenoid valve after assembly. Then 100% test solenoid valve air tightness, sampling test solenoid valve life-span. Confirming all things are qualified, pack the good in accordance with the regulation and arrange the shipment.
Cylinder testing
Before assembly, all parts should be tested by incoming inspection or random inspection according to the standard in the finished product area of the processing workshop. Check roundness, hardness and any rough selvedge of seal. Use double gauge to check whether the thread is processed according to the technical drawing...etc. After assembly, check the air seal and whether the magnetic ring is installed to ensure that each cylinder is 100% qualified before leaving the factory.
